By invitation from the Conselho Empresarial do Tâmega e Sousa (CETS), the Portuguese Prime Minister, Dr. Pedro Passos Coelho, made a visit to the AMC-Alexandrino Matias & Cª SA
The visit program established the relocation to two companies – representative of the best business practices in two reference clusters (footwear and metalworking), followed by a lunch-conference in Amarante.
As the Prime Minister pointed out, the two companies “are a good symbol of the efforts of entrepreneurs and workers to offer the country conditions of progress and hope for the future.” And “they have been able to show that, when there is a project, despite the difficulties, it is possible to build a future strategy, find new customers, new markets and add quality and innovation to our services and products.”
