AMC- Alexandrino Matias & Cª., S.A. has decided to implement a contingency plan, taking into account the recommendations of the health authorities in relation to the pandemic, COVID-19.
The measures are as follows:
- Visits to the company will not be allowed except those previously authorized and if the matter is bureaucratic we ask that you use alternative means such as: Telephone, E-mail, WhatsApp, among others.
- Loading and unloading will be subject to control and prevention measures. We ask our suppliers to make sure that their drivers or third-party drivers have not been in a national or international risk zone and do not show the characteristic symptoms of Coronavirus, such as fever, coughing and difficulty breathing, as well as wearing masks and gloves;
- Traveling to clients will be reduced, but this will not immediately jeopardize existing commitments.
- The contingency plan will come into force on March 16, 2020 and will be reassessed on March 31, 2020.
AMC- Alexandrino Matias & C., S.A. undertakes to maintain its efficiency in all the work involved and recalls that the contribution of all those involved is fundamental to the successful implementation of prevention and containment measures, as well as responsible behavior in relation to the recommended actions.
